A (semi-open) Workshop discussing scenarios for opportunistic secondary spectrum access was held in Stockholm on May 6th, 2010.  Beside project participants, a number of telecom manufacturers, operators and service providers were invited to give their comments on the initial set of scenarios derived in QUASARs WP1.  Presentations at the workshop were held by Nokia and TeliaSonera, giving their view on opportunities and potential pitfalls in secondary spectrum access. The input provided by the external parties represents valuable input in the decision process of  QUASAR how to proceed. The QUASAR scenarios will be publicly presented in a series of conference contributions and a  White paper in the summer of 2010.
