QUASAR was represented at the 2nd Workshop of the COST Action 0905 TERRA at the Instituto Superior Tecnico (IST) in Lisbon Portugal on Jan 19-21. TERRA currently involves 16 countries and focuses on Business and Regulatory issues of Dynamic Spectrum Management and  Cognitive Radio. The TERRA participants include experts and several European Regulators not in QUASAR,  which provides an excellent network for sharing views and disseminating QUASAR  results. Sweden is seeking accession to TERRA which will establish a more permanent presence in the action. Maziar Nekovee and Jens Zander (picture above) gave talks on
